The aim of Mikros Image R & D is to provide the tools that are best able to meet the creative and technical needs of the enterprise.

Creating animated crowds? Consistent colour processing? Or generating highly realistic creatures? All these techniques use in-house applications that enable us to surpass the standard uses of production applications and provide the best results in terms of rendering.

These in-house tools enable us to increase our production capacity, optimize quality and offer new services.

R&D represents a major strategic factor in our industry because it provides innovative solutions. Mikros Image consolidates its position with regard to essential subjects like total delinearization of post-production processes and implementing non-destructive and reproducible image processing processes, not forgetting Media Asset Management, dematerialization (tapeless and paperless) and finally our online service and remote collaborative work support.

Mikros Image has significant operational advantages, targeted deployment strategies and strong positioning vis-à-vis the competition.

Mikros Image was part of the great new technologies festivities organized by Cap Digital: “Futur en Seine“.

Francois Renard and Benoit Maujean tended the stand at the Pavillon de l’Arsenal and presented the Sebastian2 project, alongside the HD3D-IIO project. Many demos and making of films by Mikros Image and other partner studios were projected at the “Village Numérique” stand, attracting around 3,000 visitors in 2 days.
